Refund & Cancellation Policy

At IM Ayurveda customer satisfaction is important to us.

Consultation Services

Cancellation by Customer

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds for Consultations

If IM Ayurveda cancels an appointment and cannot provide an alternative schedule, a full refund will be issued.

Consultation fees already utilised for completed services are non-refundable.

Product Orders

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A leaking product
  • An incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Product photographs
  • Unboxing video

Upon verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement, or
  • Refund, as applicable

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, refunds or returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Partially consumed products
  • Customized products
  • Products damaged after delivery

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Actual credit timelines depend on the customer's bank or payment provider.
